Meet Dr Zi Lin Sun, Dentist

Dr Zi Sun was drawn to dentistry due to its unique mix of art and science. “Getting to help people in a tangible way whilst using my hands to create beautiful smiles was a big draw for me. I’ve also always been fascinated by the human body.”
A Strong Foundation in Dentistry
Dr Zi Sun completed her Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Technology at Griffith University before earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Western Australia in 2017. Committed to ongoing education, she has pursued training in Invisalign® Clear Aligners, restorative dentistry, implants, and even neuromodulator treatments to continue expanding her knowledge and skills.

Passionate about preventative care, Dr Zi Sun focuses on catching small issues before they become big problems.
Building strong relationships and trust with her patients is at the heart of Dr Zi Sun’s approach, ensuring that coming to the dentist is always a pleasant and positive experience. Known for her gentle and caring nature, she strives to make every patient feel comfortable and at ease in the chair.
Beyond routine dental care, she enjoys the variety of her work, from relieving pain to enhancing smiles with clear aligners. Her gentle and meticulous approach ensures patients receive the best possible care for everything from periodontics to paediatric dentistry.
Beyond the Dental Chair
When she’s not helping patients, Dr Zi Sun loves a bit of adventure outdoors- whether it’s scuba diving or going on multi-day treks in remote corners of the world. Art is another passion of hers, and she enjoys painting, pottery, and photography. Dr Zi Sun is also committed to giving back. She has worked in rural Western Australia in addition to volunteering in rural Nepal, to provide much-needed dental care to underserved communities. helping patients build lifelong healthy habits
